Maximilian Baumgartner
ScreenwriterMaximilian Baumgartner was born in 1989 in Bavaria. After completing secondary school and education in media sales, he began working as a copywriter and concept developer at ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Ad campaigns he developed there won various awards, including the ProMax Award and the eyes and ears Award. In 2014 he began studies in screenplay at HFF Munich. He authored the first feature “Rhythmus”, which was nominated for numerous new generation German film awards. Following the creation of several short films as part of his studies, the mid-length drama “Pig Heart” celebrated its premiere at the Max Ophüls Festival in 2018.
Maximilian resides and works in Munich.
